Analyzer

The spectrometer is excellent in terms of accuracy and reproducibility of data. It has a wave scope of 140-800 nm and uses proven Dual Optic. It was recognized as sophisticated equipment for laboratories, as it can analyze nitrogen (N) that is difficult to deal with in steel.

Non-destructive Tester

Automatically identifies pores and cracks via the automatic system by the standard of ASTM and manages product grades (8 grades) Improves the level of analyzing product defects by using a CT analysis software beyond the limits of 2D analysis

Roughness Gauge

The gauge enables the straightness of the drive unit to satisfy the high precision quality and analyze the delicate shapes. The roughness standards comply with JIS (2001/1994/1982), ISO-1997VDA, and ANSI.

3D Measuring Machine

The machine examines whether the product is made according to its original design through 3D measurement.

Hardness Tester

The Brinell hardness tester uses a fixed force (load) and a given indenter. It also measures the depth of the indentation of castings, cast steel, forgings, and metals. The tester is useful in measuring the average hardness of materials with a rough surface.

Surface Profiler

The profiler measures thickness, line width, curvature, angel, taper distance, and roughness. Moreover, it compares them with those in the design. This certifies the reliability of the product through the inspection of the core parts. The machine is utilized to boost our competitiveness by testing their roughness based on the comparison of actual data and the design, verifying their processed quality, and measuring their surface profiles.
